Beirut and the broader Mount Lebanon area, the North coast (Batroun, Jbeil), the Chouf, and select mountain villages. For estates outside these areas we arrange dedicated visits.
How often do you visit my property?+
A standard retainer includes monthly inspections with a written report. We adjust frequency for renovation projects, seasonal closures, or tenanted properties.
How do you communicate with owners in the GCC?+
A single point of contact in the UAE and on-ground execution in Lebanon. Reports arrive by email, WhatsApp, or our private portal — in the rhythm you prefer.
Do you manage payments and contractors?+
Yes. We coordinate utilities, service providers, and renovation contractors, with transparent reconciliations every month.
